美國作為全球最發達的國家，其（qí）在經濟、金融、科（kē）技（jì）創新、農業現代化（huà）、軍工和（hé）航天科（kē）技等方麵領先全（quán）球。同時美國也是華人移民的（de）首選國家，如（rú）何帶寵物到（dào）美國？是很多（duō）移民美國的寵寶（bǎo）家（jiā）長們所關（guān）心的。相比較澳（ào）洲、日本等非狂犬病疫（yì）區，寵物入境美國相（xiàng）對（duì）容易的多，美國同中國（guó）一樣，都屬於狂犬病（bìng）疫區。

       根據（jù）寵（chǒng）物出境指導（dǎo）原則：按照入境（jìng）國家或者地區的入境要求辦理文件。我們查詢美國動植物衛生檢疫局（APHIS）網（wǎng）站：https://www.aphis.usda.gov/aphis/pet-travel/bring-pet-into-the-united-states，查詢到美國入境要求：動物衛生證書、疫（yì）苗記錄。

根（gēn）據這些入境要求（qiú），我們開（kāi）始（shǐ）辦理流程如下：

1、狂犬疫苗注射

到（dào）出入境指定機構或者寵物醫（yī）院注射狂犬（quǎn）疫苗，需要記（jì）錄狂犬疫苗出廠商和批號、疫苗接種日期，接種疫苗一個月後和一年內有效。

2、出具動物衛生（shēng）證書

提前10天左右到機（jī）場出入境檢驗局申（shēn）報，辦理動物衛生證書。

3、芯（xīn）片注射

寵物入境美國沒（méi）有強製要求注射（shè）芯片，所以我們可（kě）以不用注射。

4、預（yù）訂航班

提前預訂航空並申請有氧艙，到美國可以運輸寵物的航班有很多，比如（rú）：南航、國航、深航、川航、海航、美聯航、美國航空、加拿大航空等，各航空公司電話可以參考鏈接：http://www.0515hr.com/NewsDetail/364.html

5、機場托運

乘機當天需提前準備好航空箱、寵物運輸文件提前3小時到機場櫃台或機（jī）場貨運處辦理寵物托運，寵物到達（dá）美國後無需隔離，出關後既可以帶回家。

USDA美國入境寵物（wù）要求：

When travelling with your pet(s), there may be animal health requirements specific for that destination. As soon as you know your travel details, contact your local veterinarian to assist with the pet travel process. Factors to consider may include meeting time frames for obtaining a health certificate, updating vaccinations, diagnostic testing, or administration of medications/ treatments.

✦ It is the responsibility of the pet owner to make sure their pet has met the entry requirements of the U.S.  Failure to meet these import requirements will result in problems upon arrival in the U.S.
